The head office and warehouse facility is located in Richmond, BC with territory managers located across Canada. WARRANTIES/PRODUCT SUPPORT
Mothers Choice Products is the exclusive Canadian distributor for Ameda Breastfeeding Products, TensCare, PumpEase, Prenatal Ease, Dimpleskins Naturals, Joeyband, and Sterifeed products. All orders ship from our Richmond, BC warehouse, and warranty issues are handled as quickly as possible.
Medical Devices
Breast pumps and TensCare devices are Class II medical devices and are non-returnable unless unopened with the safety seal intact. Each pump and device includes a warranty specific to the products and if there are any issues experienced, please contact our customer service department for troubleshooting and potential replacement at 1-800-604-6225.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original saleable condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
